My purpose is simple yet powerful: to help people and businesses on their path to greatness.
I am a serial entrepreneur, visionary, and expert in developing innovative businesses. Over the past 25 years, I have founded companies; consulted for global brands like Pepsi, Toyota, Hilton Hotels, Bacardi, and Coors Light; produced high-profile events; given back to the business community as a mentor, advisor, and board member of several organizations; and received numerous awards for my performance as an entrepreneur and transformational leader.
I am the founder and CEO of Cobian Media, a company that produces events designed to enhance and promote economic growth in various industries. Some of these events include Animus Summit, Agrohack Conference & Expo, and H3 Tech Conference. I am also the founder and CEO of Gravital, a business development and digital marketing agency that creates and executes measurable strategies for service and B2B companies.
I have championed entrepreneurship and economic development in Puerto Rico amidst economic crises and devastating natural disasters, as well as a series of personal challenges. In 2020, I founded Fields of Joy in memory of my wife, a passionate advocate for children and anti-bullying efforts. Additionally, I founded the Puerto Rico chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a global organization that provides unique opportunities to connect, learn from other leaders, and expand skills in the dynamic business world.
I have also dedicated myself to sharing my experience and the results of all my learnings through international talks and conferences, usually on entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, marketing, and corporate culture for large companies.

Since I was little, I have been a somewhat risky bike rider and used to invent clandestine ramps on my street.
When I was 5 years old, my parents gave me my first Fisher Price turntable. With that turntable and Menudo records, I organized talent shows in the garages of my friends’ houses.
